Hi there,
I'm currently using Website Payments Pro and am trying to find where the customisation options are in my Business (Pro) sandbox account. Website Payments Pro is listed in the Tools section, but doesn't seem available.
Previously, it seems, there were customisation options in the form of templates - as per page 34 of this document:
https://www.paypalobjects.com/webstatic/en_GB/developer/docs/pdf/hostedsolution_uk.pdf
Unfortunately I'm unable to see any of these options from within my sandbox account. Can you please confirm whether this is possible?

Thanks for the update.
I've checked the account and made a change to the configuration for payments pro. Can you try again and let me know if you can now access the section for pro hosted ?
You can also try logging into the account and then copy and paste this direct URL into the address bar :
https://paypalmanager.sandbox.paypal.com/editSetting.do?pageName=editprofile

Hello,
I would need to check the configuration of your sandbox account to ensure that pro has been enabled correctly.
Please review the pinned thread at the top of this forum titled "Important - How To Report A Sandbox Issue" and then update this thread with the information for the sandbox account you're using and I can review it for you.
