I can't receive any webhook events for some payments - they remained in 'pending' status and are never sent to my app. I even can't receive any events via webhook simulator right now.
We're aware and our engineers are already investigating the issue.
Once a solution has been provided, I'll update this thread. I'll also "pin" the thread to the top of the forum so other readers can know we're aware of the issue and working towards a resolution.

The instability of webhook events sending is slowing down the development and efficient troubleshooting. Either some events are simply not sent or they are sent but they don't appear on the Sandbox webhooks events listing.
