Vendor email not confirmed even after I confirmed the email in paypal sandbox

I'm trying to use the PayPal sandbox for testing purposes, I created the API, the account, and confirmed the email account for the sandbox but when I try to make a payment I get the error of "Vendor email account has not been confirmed" and the operation is canceled, can I get instructions or the account verified from support so I can do my testing?

Please share the "merchant id" for your sandbox account so I can review in more detail to see where the issue may lie.

Paypal Merchant ID is CHDQ9VFPYSE22. I need to resolve this issue.
