Vendor account does not have a confirmed email address

I am getting this error: vendor account does not have a confirmed email address. I tried to confirm my email address still I am not getting the notification.

Hello,

Please share the specific details of where you are seeing this error message and any PayPal debug id's which may be shown on the page or in the logs of the solution you are using (within the last 12 days)

I've checked the sandbox account you referenced and the email is confirmed and the account has a verified status.
