Hello, please help, I am trying to "Upgrade to Pro" some sandbox business accounts but get the following errors for each account:
Account ID: MKJEJTBPB494A
"Something went wrong. PayPal Payments Pro could not be enabled. Try again"
Account ID: JELH9XFSDQ2UY

Thank you for your patience. The PayPal Product Developers have resolved the issue with upgrading sandbox accounts to pro.
You can now log into the PayPal Developer dashboard and upgrade your business sandbox accounts.

Thank you for posting to the Sandbox Community. The PayPal Engineers are currently looking into this issue. We will keep you posted on the status of this issue.
I did confirm that both accounts are currently enabled for Advanced Credit and Debit Cards.
Advanced Credit and Debit Cards is PCI compliant, and is 3DS 2.0 Compliant as well.
