I am Unable to recieve payment from Shopify website. I have completed all the criteria for receiving local and international payments. When I am trying to test the paypal express button on my website it is showing "We aren't able to process your payment using your Paypal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method." What should I do. Where is the problem ?
