Unable to get funds to my PayPal account.

Hi, 

I have created a charity website and have integrated a WordPress plugin to receive funds, unfortunately I'm unable to receive any thing as when someone click on donate button it is redirecting to paypal sandbox page and it is showing the error screen can someone help me out in fixing this. I here by attaching the screen shots for your reference.

I want to know which sandbox account I should use either business or personal I tried both but I'm getting same error.

The sandbox setting is specific for testing the integration of your shopping cart. The funds will not be available in a live PayPal Account since the Sandbox Accounts are for testing purposes only.

When you are ready to go live, set your shopping cart to live and change the email address to your live Primary confirmed email from your live Business Account. 

For Sandbox testing use your Sandbox Business Account that was created on the https://developer.paypal.com website.
