Unable to create Application or Accounts in Sandbox

Hey,

we can't create new Applications or Accounts, i get the following error codes:

Something went wrong. One or more sandbox accounts could not be fetched. Try again.
If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: ab40e6101b952

Any hints? I want to create a new Application to implement/test Paypal Plus.

Hi, I have similar issues regarding sandbox account controls.

I guess it's not solved yet. 

I cannot remove or change password of my old sandbox accounts,

and since I have no controls on my sandbox environment, I tried to make a new developer account for a fresh environment.

nope, that didn't work either.

can you walkthrough on this matter again?

Hello,

This is a separate issue, so please create a new thread and I can look into it for you.

My reasoning is that I don't want one issue to appear like it's on-going for a long time when that's not the case.
