Check the "notifications" section of your developer account, that's where all email notifications for sandbox accounts are sent.
If you still don't see it there after a few minutes, please share the 'merchant id' for your sandbox account. Details on how to report a sandbox issue are provided in the thread pinned to the top of this forum.
