Unable to confirm sandbox email address

I have set up a Sandbox account but not able to confirm my email address. I have logged into Sandbox to confirm and developer.paypal.com but there are no notifications. Please can you confirm my email address.

Hello,

Review the pinned thread "how to report a sandbox issue" and then reply back here with the merchant id for the sandbox account in question and I can review further.
