Unable to confirm sandbox email address

Hi, 

 

I've recently created a sandbox account that needs the email address linked to the account confirmed however when attempting to confirm the address no confirmation email is sent. 

 

I've re-requested an email to be sent on countless occasions and have checked my junk box and spam inboxes, which both do not contain the confirmation email. 

 

This is preventing me from being able to test payments as I'm a unconfirmed user I'm unable to receive payments. 

 

please help me to confirm my email address / phone number of my sandbox account so I can begin testing receiving payment to my sandbox account?

Hello,

Emails sent from our sandbox environment are not sent to external email addresses. Login to your developer account and check the "notifications" section, which contains all email correspondence from sandbox accounts, services and transactions.

If you still cannot confirm the email address, review the thread "pinned" at the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue" and revert back with the merchant id for the sandbox account which you're attempting to confirm the email address and I'll review it for you.

Hello,

 

I am unable to confirm my sandbox email. I've tried logging into the developer dashboard and looking under Sandbox > Notifications, but there's no links to confirm my email.


Can you please manually approve it? My Merchant account ID is: SX42M2TWAFNX4

I could not get sandbox confirmed either. my email address is hiden, account ID is Z8DFJS86NXSKG

@nandini-dev - Can you provide the merchant id for your sandbox account ?

You can locate the merchant id for your sandbox account by following the instructions posted in the thread pinned to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".
