Please MTS_Justin, Could you confirm the email address (marcelovivone-gmail.com). I'm stucked since last week because of this bug of Paypal.

Hello, The account is now verified. Ensure to add a credit / debit card to sandbox account during creation if you want the account to have a verified status out of the box.
