Unable to confirm my sandbox email address

Hello, I've created a sandbox account that needs the confirmation email however when attempting to confirm the address no confirmation email is sent. I've re-requested an email to be sent many times and have checked my junk box and spam inboxes, which both do not contain the confirmation email. Can you help me to confirm my email address?

Hello,
Confirmation emails or any email from the sandbox environment are sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal Developer account, they are not sent to external email addresses. Check the notifications section for the email, which will enable you to confirm the email address for the account.
