Unable to View Summary, Transactions etc.

I cannot view any summary, transactions, receipts, etc. on any of my PayPal Business Sandbox accounts since some time yesterday.  I get the red-bordered box that says "Sorry, we can't show this information right now. Check back in a few minutes."

 

Is there anything I can do to clear this issue?
