Unable to Confirm Sandbox Email Address

Hello,
I created a sandbox account but when I try to pay with the credit card, I receive this message: "Vendor account doesn't have a confirmed email",
then I try to pay using PayPal acct and login using my email & password, but I receive this message: "System error. Please try again later".
I've checked my sandbox email notifications but I haven't received any email confirmation.
This is preventing me from being able to test payments as I'm a unconfirmed user I'm unable to receive payments.
Could you please help me to confirm my email address of my sandbox account so I can begin testing receiving payment to my sandbox account?
