Unable to Confirm Email Sandbox account

Im unable to get the confirmation email for my Business account on the sandbox. So all my requests are getting errors.

I hit confirm email, but i dont receive an email for confirmation
Can you please help?

Hello,

All emails from our sandbox environment are sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal developer account, they will not be sent to external email addresses.

i also can't Confirm email address on my sandbox i also read all your reply to check in developer paypal notification but is not get help please activate for me.
