Trying to create "Live" app but paypal keeps giving me this message?

This is what shows when i try to create a "live" app. I already confirmed my email address. Dont know what the issue is. Does anybody know about a fix?

Hello,

Thank you for your question. Most of the time when you see the error message that the email address has not been confirmed it means that the application was attached to an email that is no longer added or confirmed on your PayPal Account. If you have removed an email from your PayPal Account, you may want to re-add the email and re-confirm it. 

 

If you no longer have access to the email that was removed, the other option is to create a new application and use the live credentials from the new application. The new application will then be attached to your current confirmed Primary email address.
