I made a payment as a guest, but need to access the receipt so I created a Paypal account using the same card. However, after creating the account, the transaction (made recently, in the last couple months) does not show up on my account. Any workarounds for this?

 

Some additional info:

-I originally tried making a Paypal account with the same email address the transaction was made under but accidentally created a Sandbox account. I wasn't able to delete the account so I made a new personal account under a different email address but with the same card used for the transaction. Maybe my personal account would need to be using that same email address to see the transaction? If so, how would I go about deleting the Sandbox account?
