The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

Getting this on first transaction have used the woocommerce payment pro app.

 

I am using the same paypal account as always. Did I need to set up a specific dev paypal account? This part is not clear.

 

I am presuming something in the paypal account needs to be altered but paypal tell me there is no support.

 

I was told when I subscribed to pro there would be help.

 

Bit lost so all help appreciated. thanks

Hello,

The error is usually returned when you attempt to process a direct card payment, but you're account is not setup to process this type of payment, ie. it does not have payments pro enabled at an account level.

I would recommend submitting a support ticket for this production issue and provide the relevant account information and a copy of any API response you have where the error message is shown.
