Test rejected card or without funds in sandbox

Hi, community friends, I have a question with the sandbox tests How can I perform tests on a rejected card or without funds? there are some fake cards that give me this result?

You won't be able to accomplish this unfortunately.

You can conduct some negative testing to re-produce certain error conditions, but a card without funds isn't one of the scenarios.
