Successful Payment page redirect user to Cancel URL

I have created sandbox account to test my client's store.

The payment was successful and got transaction details at ipn.

The customer receives 'Your payment has been completed. To continue shopping, please return to the merchant.

but the 'Return to Merchant' Button redirects to cancel URL.

This is a big issue after successful payment clients are redirected to cancel page.

Any solution to this problem?  I am having the same issue.
