Subscription webhook was not sent in sandbox environment.

Hello,

 

I proceeded in the following order in a sandbox environment.
And most of the webhooks were not sent.
 
Until recently, all webhooks were received.
This is a sudden problem.

1.Create SubscriptionREST APIReceived 
2.Approve SubscriptionSanbox WEBNot Received 
3.Activate SubscriptionREST APINot Received 
4.Suspend SubscriptionREST APINot Received 
5.Re-activate SubscriptionREST APINot Received

This step returned an API error response indicating that the status of subscription is not SUSPEND.

The status of subscription changed normally from SUSPEND to ACTIVE despite the error.

Hello,

Thanks for sharing the merchant id for your sandbox account.

Does this issue only occur with subscription "I-GWXAMYL9FF5W" ?

I've checked the accounts API activity and I can see that you've been attempting to suspend and re-activate the profile multiple times and on some occasions the response is that the profile cannot be suspended or re-activated in it's current state.

Can you please try creating a new subscription and perform the same tests as before and let me know if the issue re-occurs whilst using the new subscription id ?
