Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you

Hey, ive tried to go to PayPal Api integration to integrate paypal with my website and got an message: Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you

I've contacted support and they told me that everything is fine and that i should contact another department on PayPal so i contacted them too and they refereed me back to the previous department.... 

Anyone knows how to solve this problem ?
