i am getting an error while testing sandbox account (personal).

here is the error for your reference.

Sorry, but your Visa x-xxx was declined. Please add another debit or credit card to complete your purchase.

after goes to the given url  please check availability to reserve rooms -> fill the personal detail -> then click to Pay Now Button, it will redirect to PayPal gateway  where  error will appear

please try to resolve the issue ASAP.
