Smart Payment Buttons

Hi,
i try to implement Smart Payment Buttons.

I create app for sandbox environment. With generated clientId, which i put as javascript file parameter, it is working. Transaction is successfull, i can see it on http://sandbox.paypal.com/ . That is ok

Then i create app in live environment. With same name, with same permissions. Then i put generated clientId as javascript file parameter. But transcation is compleated with error from log:

{"ack":"permission_denied","message":"Insufficient privileges"}

Any resolution?
