Shopify Error in using Paypal Sandbox Test Account

Hi guys,
Good Day!
I've recently test payment in my Clients Shopify Store, and am using Paypal Sandbox Account. Whenever I entered the Sandbox Account upon check out - we keep getting an error of "some of your info isn't correct. please try again".
Can you share how do we fix this? Appreciate much your help.

I am getting a security error on this? Have you found a solution as I know paypal dont really resolve anything or reply, They are fine with taking your money though.
