See/delete apps in sandbox not working

Hello,

When I login to the sandbox, i have an old app in there I tried to delete. it's still listed, but when i click on it or try to delete it i get errors.

Also when I create new apps in the sandbox, they do not appear on the dashboard. To get to them, i have to go via accounts, edit/view the account, api credentials tab, and I can see them listed and click through.

I also can't view sandbox webhook events

I think my account is sick!?

Can anyone help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
