I'm having that error when i'm trying to implement the Brazil and mexico Transparent checkout:
Refused to set the document's base URI to 'https://www.paypalobjects.com/web/res/bb4/f6d9794d7de873612a076e951afc7' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "base-uri 'self' https://*.paypal.com".

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
