I have sandbox account. I could not test it properly, sometimes it give below message
"we are unable to process your payment using your paypal account at this time". And some times it gives
"This card can’t be used for your payment. Please use a different card."
I am using credit card given in Account details section funding part. Please guide so that i can test all payments.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
