Hi,
I have a message in Sandbox -> API Calls!
"Something went wrong fetching sandbox API calls. Try again.
If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: 4fd3a7b06974b"
and if I click any REST Apps, I get an erroe message:
What can I do?
Thank you...

Hello,
Please try to clear the complete cache / cookies within your browser, then close and re-open the browser and try to view the API call history again.
I've tested with my own account today and I can view the API call history within my developer account and
You should also try creating a new REST application and associate it with a new sandbox account and see if the issue persists after that.
It could be the case that the REST application which is associated with that specific sandbox account has been deleted from the developer account.
