I am trying to open a dispute with my buyer sandbox account. Except I get the following error:
I have tried different browsers, no luck. Why am I not able to open a dispute within sandbox? Service status is reporting no problems.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
