Sandbox pay by credit OK pay by PalPal not allowing login

Our merchant id is:  U2SVCAFNZCZEL

I am thinking that the problem may be that my sandbox credentials are no longer valid (It's been a while since I have logged in).  The password I have for "xxx-facilitator_api1.domain.something" is not allowing me to log in to my sandbox account.  Any help/direction would be appreciated.

I would like to check the documentation to make sure I am using the api correctly.

I am using javascript for connecting (in sandbox not live) from my test html page.  It works fine for the credit/debit card transaction.  I am not able to connect using my PayPal login for testing.

Tech support determined It was a password issue.  I had to reset the password for the test buyer.
