Hello, I live in Egypt. When I set up my paypal account in paypal.com/eg, sandbox doesn't work! I get the message "Sorry we were not able to set up preapproved payments at this time.” However, when I set up my business account through PayPal.com all works fine! But I need to do it through PayPal.com/eg because I need to save my Egyptian credit card which is not possible on the US website. Any clues what’s wrong?
