Sandbox not show Transactions Activity

I'm using a Sandbox REST API to test payments.

For some reason, the PayPal Balance is updated when I sent a new payment, but I can't see any transactions here: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/activities

This problem happens on Facilitator and Buyer.

I have had the same issue and until now it still persists.
