Sandbox not receiving email notfications after completed payments

Hi there

 

Our Sandbox has not received any notifications email since 05 July:

However payments have been successfully made:

This issue seems to be across sandbox accounts all our sandbox accounts:

Notifications are on:

Hello,

We're currently aware of a technical issue where emails are not being delivered within our sandbox environment.

The relevant technical teams have been engaged to investigate and provide a solution. Once a solution is made available, I'll update this thread.

PayPal email notifications were working but they seem to have stopped working again since 06 August 2021:
