Good afternoon, I've successfully placed an order on an e-commerce site I've set up using Paypal in the Sandbox environment.  Both the seller and receiver received the order confirmation email.  However, when I log into my Paypal Sandbox account (as the reseller) I don't see the transaction?  How long does it take for the transaction to appear in Paypal Sandbox environment?  I can confirm the API keys are set up in my WooCommerce settings.

Hello,

This is probably related to your sandbox accounts not having confirmed email addresses.

I'll need the merchant id / payer id for the sandbox account in question in order to confirm the email address for you.

Please review the thread "how to report a sandbox issue" pinned at the top of this forum for instructions on how to retrieve the merchant id / payer id for your sandbox account.
