Sandbox button not working HTTP 500

Hi,

I created a subscription hosted button on sandbox account this morning and pasted to my website. I am getting 500 error when click on the hosted button. See below, please advise

Is this also affecting sandbox PayPal JavaScript SDK smart buttons? I had these working fine in my sandbox environment a few days ago and now getting this error:
