Sandbox accounts are gone and unable to add new

Hello,

 

Earlier, I logged in and able to view my sandbox accounts. However, when I opened my apps and credentials page, there is an error message saying "Something went wrong getting your credentials. Try again."

 

And when I am about to create a new REST API app, an error also shows up "Something went wrong creating the application. Try again."

 

The error codes for both errors are 9552c540a0b81 and 64b9c7e0f90b6 respectively.

 

And then I opened the sandbox accounts page, all of my sandbox accounts are gone! I was unable to either import my old accounts and create a new account, the error code is bb29a900d6f78. Basically, I can't do anything with sandbox now. Please help me. Thank you.

I am in the same situation - can't create any REST apps cuz can't create any Sandbox accounts.
