Sandbox account does not generating IPN

Hello. Good day.

The IPN, it worked very well for last few weeks, but today I have tried it many times again but got no response.


I thought something wrong with the code in this site, but no, another testing site does not work too. 
I checked the IPN history and realized that there was no IPN generated. The last successfully generated was on July 10, 2022 (last week).

Is there anyone facing the same problem? Please help! Thank you so much!

Hello All,

We experienced a technical issue within our sandbox environment which prevented IPN's from being dispatched. The issue has now been resolved and normal service resumed.

Hello, I received few IPN responses yesterday, but it stopped today, no new transactions to be seen in the history!

The same happens here, since the 18th of July we have not received IPN messages from the Sandbox.


I've already checked firewalls and pretty much every other resource on my system.


Any solution or can anyone help us with this?

We had not checked it since July 10, but went back to it yesterday July 18 for the final testing after fixing the other parts of the system. We are not sure when was it happened.

So sad! Even this is just a test environment, it should work as the same as productive environment.

Same here, but to add a tiny bit of information:

We have last seen it working on 14.July, and seen the first problem on 18.July.

Sandbox IPNs don't arrive at the staging server, and don't show up in the IPN History.
