Sandbox Webhooks are not being sent

I have added a Webhook for all types of events for my REST app in the sandbox environment. My development application logs any requests to a log file, so I can see the data which has been sent.

However, PayPal does not send any events when they occur during testing. The Webhooks simulator works and my server does receive mock data, but PayPal does not send any events when I create payments of my own, etc.

The Webhooks Events list in the PayPal developer's dashboard is also empty.

Hey Marius - I'm having exactly the same difficulty. Did you ever get to the bottom of your issue?

Hey! I believe the webhooks are sent sooner or later, you may need to wait a few days. Unfortunately PayPal's Sandbox environment is unreliable and unfit for development.

Thanks for replying! Mine don't ever seem to be sent (they've been running for a few weeks). I'll try subscribing to more events, as currently I'm only listening to events relevant to Billing Subscriptions.
