Sandbox WebHooks take about 1-2 hours to receive on my end-point

Hi,
I am developing a web app and for testing purposes using PayPal sandbox webhooks to update my database.
Sandbox WebHooks take about 1-2 hours to receive on my end-point is it normal? WebHook simulator comes instantly but
sandbox webhook evets take about 1-2 hours can any one guide?

Are people not seeing webhooks fire in their Webhooks Events viewer? Or are you seeing events fire there but not receiving them at your endpoints?

I see no events here https://developer.paypal.com/developer/dashboard/webhooks/sandbox/

This issue should now be resolved.

I've tested creating an order with an intent of "capture" and then captured the order and I received the webhook event within 1-2 minutes.
