I'm trying to test the subscription feature in sandbox following this guide https://developer.paypal.com/docs/subscriptions/ but, after clicking the "paypal subscribe" button and logging in the iframe, I receive this message
"Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time." 'Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.'
