Sandbox Subscribe Error : " We’re sorry Things don’t appear to be working at the moment."

I am getting error " We’re sorry Things don’t appear to be working at the moment." after login to buyer account while making a subscription. I created a subscription product and plan and copy the button code.

 

I am trying to do the subscription from localhost.
