Sandbox Subscribe Button

Good day,

I created a sandbox subscribe button,

but whenever I test it, the process always ends with the "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." 

Are sandbox subscribe buttons supposed to end here or am I doing things wrong?
