Sandbox Not working

Is anyone else having issues with sandbox.

Just keep getting "Doesn't appear to be working - try later" message when trying to make a payment in sandbox.

Same happens in my account.

In paypal status I can see 2 incidents:

(PP-CRI-14144) Incident Start: Jun 16, 07:53 UTC Incident End: On-going

(PP-CRI-14160) Incident Start: Jul 3, 10:39 UTCIncident End: On-going

When I try to use the sandbox from the php sdk I receive an error 400 like this:

PayPal\\Exception\\PayPalConnectionException: Got Http response code 400 when accessing https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payments/billing-plans/?page_size=100

Will it be solved someday?

Waiting since Jun 16....

Do I need to configure my plans and prices without the sandbox?

I tried contacting the PayPal support in Twitter and receive no reply 😞

Hello,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

This particular Error Message can be caused by multiple reasons:

• Incorrect Variables being used
• Integration Issues
• Attempting to pay yourself with the same account that is running the API calls
• Active Service Disruption: https://www.paypal-status.com/history/eventdetails/14160

There was a Sandbox Active Service Disruption that was completely resolved on Friday July 3,2020.

Please try the payments again in Sandbox.

Finally I got it working, looks like I was sending an invalid value for page_size and the problem was not related to the sandbox disruption.

Not resolved. I get this problem every time I try and pay for in sandbox and when I tried to delete an old account I got:

Something went wrong. One or more sandbox accounts could not be deleted. Try again.

I would really appreciate some help getting this working.
