Sandbox: No Accounts created - getting error

I am not able to get or create any sandbox accounts. Always get the following error message:

Something went wrong. One or more sandbox accounts could not be fetched. Try again.

Hello,

There was an issue earlier today which has just recently been resolved.

Sandbox accounts should now be listed when you access the "accounts" section of your developer account.
