Sandbox INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR

My Paypal Sandbox integration started failing with following exception

Response code: 500 Error response: {"name":"INTERNAL_SERVICE_ERROR","message":"An internal service error has occurred","information_link":"https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/#errors","debug_id":"6562ad1fc3a51"}

It was working fine and all of a sudden started failing.

Any help would be much appreciated.
