Sandbox: Getting error 520002 / Unable to convert currency

Hi,

 

Recently I started receiving error like this when issuing Pay request:

 

[Receiver] =>
[Category] => Application
[Domain] => PLATFORM
[ErrorID] => 520002
[ExceptionID] =>
[Message] => Internal Error
[Parameter] => Unable to convert currency
[Severity] => Error
[Subdomain] => Application

 

My Account is in GPB but I also accept payments in PLN (both currencies are added to the merchant profile)

 

There is no error if I send a Pay with the same currency as the main currency of my account (GBP)

 

This does not happen on my live account.   

 

Any ideas?

I am also recently getting the same error, but when using the same currency of the test account i.e. GBP. So, the transaction currency and the account currency are the same (GBP) and I'm getting the "Unable to convert currency" error:

You are actually right. The payment only goes through if set the currency to USD
