Sandbox Account issue from last 2-3 days

Hello 

From last 2-3 days in paypal sandbox account in the return url i cant get any transaction id and other details even i also add rerturn url and on the option called "paypal data transfer" as we must selected for this data.

From last days its not working

Please help me out from this
