Sandbox API - Where are the options?

I cannot find where the Sandbox API options are, the help states that they should be under settings but then it states places that dont exist, can anyone please help.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Technical Support Community.

Here is the official Sandbox Guide and how to view your API Credentials in Sandbox:

To be able to view your API Credentials you will need to make sure you click log into dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com.

Also you can view the API Signature directly from the developer dashboard:

• Log into your developer dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
• 

  Hold your Mouse over the three dots under Manage Accounts

• Click on View/Edit Account
• Click on API Credentials:
• 

  You will be able to view the API Signature
